Privacy Policy

This policy describes what Zero to 21 ("we") collects when you use zeroto21.com and what we do with it. The short version: we collect what the product needs to work, we don't sell it, and payment card data never touches our servers.

What we collect

• Account data — your email address and a securely hashed password.
• Training data — gameplay statistics (hands played, decision accuracy, drill scores, progress through the curriculum), stored so your dashboard and progression work.
• Billing data — subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We store your plan status and Stripe customer/subscription identifiers; your card number goes directly to Stripe and never reaches us. Stripe's handling is covered by Stripe's privacy policy.
• Analytics — we use HubSpot analytics cookies to understand visits (pages viewed, session length, rough geography). If you have an account, analytics activity may be associated with your email.
• Operational logs — standard server logs and application performance data (via Datadog) used to keep the Service running: timestamps, IP addresses, request paths, and error details. Password-reset links and passwords are never written to logs.

What we use it for

Running the Service, saving your progress, processing subscriptions, improving the product, sending transactional email (password resets, billing notices), and — only if you opt in — product updates. We do not sell personal data or share it with advertisers.

Cookies

We use a login token in your browser's local storage, and HubSpot analytics cookies for the traffic measurement described above. Your browser's settings and standard opt-out tools control cookies; blocking analytics cookies does not affect the Service.

Data retention & deletion

Account and training data are kept while your account exists. Contact us to delete your account — associated personal data is removed except what we must retain for billing/tax records. Logs rotate automatically on a short schedule.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Email us and we'll honor them.

Changes

We'll announce material changes in the Service or by email.
