Welcome to Zero to 21 ("the Service"), operated at zeroto21.com. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

What the Service is (and isn't)

Zero to 21 is an educational training tool for blackjack strategy and card counting. All chips, bankrolls, and bets in the Service are simulated play money with no cash value. The Service is not gambling, offers no opportunity to wager or win real money, and is not affiliated with any casino. Nothing in the Service is a promise of profit: card counting is a skill whose real-world results depend on conditions we don't control, and casinos may refuse play to skilled players.

Accounts

You're responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy of the email you register. You must be at least 18 to create an account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service (automation, exploitation of bugs, attempts to access other users' data).

Subscriptions & billing

Pro subscriptions are billed through Stripe, monthly or annually, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Cancel any time in the billing portal (Account → Manage subscription); your access continues until the end of the paid period. Unless required by law, payments are otherwise non-refundable — if something's broken, contact us and we'll make it right. Prices may change with notice; changes never apply retroactively to an already-paid period.

Your data

Your use of the Service is also governed by the Privacy Policy. You can delete your account by contacting us; gameplay statistics tied to the account are deleted with it.

Intellectual property

The Service's software, content, charts, and curriculum are ours or our licensors'. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use them through the Service. Strategy charts generated by the Service may be shared for personal, non-commercial use with attribution.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
